Big Brother Naija 2019 first runner up, Mike Edwards and his wife, Perri Shakes-Drayton welcomed their first child, a boy named Mathew Olaoluwa Edwards on Wednesday, August 26.

The proud father has shared a heart-melting video of his wife delivering their son through water birth at a hospital.

In the video, Perri is seen laying in a bathtub filled with water while being surrounded by her husband and a midwife. At one point, the retired British track started screaming in agony as she began to push. 

According to the couple, they welcomed the child after 12 hours of labor.

A man has become a meme after he was pictured using his face mask as an eye mask while sleeping on a flight. Jessica Hazeltine, a councilwoman in Medina, Ohio, boarded an Allegiant Air flight from Cleveland to Nashville to visit her sister and her family. While in the plane, she noticed a man wearing a MAGA hat, with his face mask covering his eyes, instead of his nose and mouth. Allegiant, a budget regional airline, has taken extra precautions in the age of COVID-19 to protect its passengers.  Allegiant states that it provides each customer with a complimentary “health and safety kit,” which includes a single-use face mask and two sanitizing wipes. Allegiant requires flight crews and customers to wear a face mask in the gate area as well as on board its airplanes. Outside Maiduguri, nobody is safe in Borno - Dean of Borno Elders Forum, Prof Dikwa says

  Prof. Khalifa Dikwa, Dean of Borno Elders Forum has raised an alarm of nobody being safe in Borno state except in the state capital, Maiduguri.    Speaking in an interview on Channels Television, Dikwa stated that even when Boko Haram insurgents are not physically present, they psychologically disturbing the people.    He said;    “Even if they (Boko Haram) are not physically there, they are psychologically there, disturbing the people. “From time to time, they ride their motorcycles, come and harass them to pay levies and so on.
