Actress Soleil Moon Frye and husband Jason Goldberg split after 22 years of marriage and four children together

  American actress, Soleil Moon Frye and her husband, producer Jason Goldberg have split after 22 years of marriage and four children together.   The 44-year-old Punky Brewster star and 48-year-old film and television producer have separated for good, according to People.   "Soleil Moon Frye and Jason Goldberg quietly separated this year," her rep tells PEOPLE. "Their priority will continue to be their four beautiful children as they move forward with love and compassion."   It's yet unknown what led to their split.   The estranged couple share daughters Poet Sienna Rose, 15, and Jagger Joseph Blue, 12, and sons Lyric Sonny Roads, 6, and Story, 4.     The two had married on October 25, 1998, in a Jewish ceremony.   In October 2008, Frye and Goldberg renewed their vows after 10 years of marriage at their Hollywood Hills home.   The event was attended by their children along with close friends, including Demi Moore, Ashton Kutcher, and Eric Dane.

Bandits kill lawmaker's uncle, abduct newlyweds in Katsina

  Some bandits who struck at Runka community in Safana Local Government Area of Katsina State in the early hours of Monday December 28, reportedly killed one person and abducted a newly wedded couple.    Katsina police spokesperson, Gambo Isah confirmed the incident and also disclosed that he is making efforts to contact the Divisional Police Officer in the local government for more details.   A resident of Runka told  Channels Television  that the bandits killed one Sama’ila Super, an uncle to the lawmaker representing Safana Constituency in the Katsina State House of Assembly.   Super was killed after he resisted attempts by the bandits to kidnap him and was reportedly buried hours after the incident.

  Humanitarian worker, Ella, says the Sharia laws are targeted at the poor and not the affluent.   She posted this photo of male and female passengers on the same flight. According to her, the Sharia laws in Kano frown at men and women entering the same tricycle popularly known as Keke but the law doesn't frown at male and female boarding the same flight.   ''In Kano, men and women are banned from entering same Keke but women and men are not banned from Flying the same aircraft My guy hustle oh! 23 people killed after truck conveying humans and cows crashed in Niger state

  A road crash which occurred around Masha village along the Makera-Mokwa Road in Mashegu Local Government Area of Niger State, has left at least 23 people dead.    The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) commander in Niger, Joel Dagwa told Channels Television that the accident occurred on Monday afternoon and also left no fewer than 33 others with varying degrees of injury.    Dagwa said the accident was a lone crash involving only a blue DAF trailer (95 Model) and was a result of speed limit violation and loss of control. The trailer loaded with cows took off from Kebbi to Lagos State, and was also carrying 55 adult males.   The victims were taken to the General Hospital in Mokwa for treatment where 23 of them were certified dead, and it was further learnt that the driver of the trailer and his assistant fled the scene immediately after the accident happened.   See photos below;

Youtube star, Grace Victory in coma with Coronavirus just one day after giving birth to her baby boy

  Youtube star, Grace Victory, has been placed in a medically induced coma a day after giving birth to her son.  According to the message posted to the British vlogger's Instagram on Monday, Dec. 28, Grace tested positive for COVID-19 two weeks ago while in the third trimester of her pregnancy. Her condition worsened and doctors induced the birth on Christmas Eve, December 24,  which was not due until February 2021.   "As you guys know, Grace gave birth on Christmas Eve to a beautiful baby boy, who is currently doing so well, he's incredible," the post stated. "We Love him so much. Grace developed Covid-19 two weeks ago and although her symptoms were mild at first, they worsened as the days went on. Which meant they had [to] deliver the baby as soon as possible, as she was just too unwell to carry on with the pregnancy."   ''The 30-year-old YouTuber entered the ICU the day after giving birth and is currently in a medically induced coma.''

Bandits kill 24 year old man alongside other farmers on the Kaduna-Abuja expressway

  Suspected bandits allegedly killed 24-year-old Salisu Bashir, pictured above, and other farmers along the Abuja-Kaduna road on Sunday, December 27.   Senator Shehu Sani who shared the news on his Twitter handle on Monday night, said the bodies of the deceased were discovered on Monday December 28 and that they will be buried today December 29. ''Tragedy; Salisu Bashir 24 was killed along with other farmers along Kaduna Abuja road yesterday by bandits.His corpse with bullets wounds and that of others were discovered this evening.He will be buried tomorrow.May his soul Rest In Peace.Amin.''he wrote

  A wedding guest, who says she's a member of the bride's family, has narrated how a marriage ceremony that held yesterday, Dec 28, ended at the reception because the groom was upset his people didn't get food.   She tweeted: "Omo the wedding i attended today ended in PREMIUM TEARS. I have never witnessed such before wtf!!!   "Sooo the groom was angry they didn't serve his people food. So the bride went to console him and calm his down next thing he shouted at her in front of everyone that she should getout from his sight.   "She left quietly and went to sit down, next thing he came to meet her and asked her if she is still going with him. Bride said she is not marrying again, groom said him too is not marrying.   "In conclusion bride and groom family clashed. South Africa goes back to lockdown with alcohol sales banned again

  South African President, Cyril Ramaphosa has announced the country will move back to lockdown level 3, taking effect from tonight, December 28.    In an address, Ramaphosa said that the move is to limit super-spreader events further, and will adjust the previous level 3 regulations to keep the economy as open as possible.   It will also allow the government to focus on social distancing measures with the aim to ease the pressure on hospitals.   The change follows meetings held by the president and his cabinet as part of the National Coronavirus Command Council on Sunday, and come as the country surpasses 1 million cumulative Covid-19 infections and record daily increases.   “Nearly 27,000 South African are known to have died from Covid-19. The number of new coronovirus infections are increasing at an alarming rate. Infections are surging in KwaZulu-Natal, the Western Cape, and Gauteng.
