Outside Maiduguri, nobody is safe in Borno - Dean of Borno Elders Forum, Prof Dikwa says

  Prof. Khalifa Dikwa, Dean of Borno Elders Forum has raised an alarm of nobody being safe in Borno state except in the state capital, Maiduguri.    Speaking in an interview on Channels Television, Dikwa stated that even when Boko Haram insurgents are not physically present, they psychologically disturbing the people.    He said;    “Even if they (Boko Haram) are not physically there, they are psychologically there, disturbing the people. “From time to time, they ride their motorcycles, come and harass them to pay levies and so on. Outside Maiduguri, no even five kilometres, nobody is safe.
